The Website and all its components or elements made available to Users, including but not limited to texts, illustrations, trademarks, domain names, logos, databases, icons, software, graphics, as well as any computer applications that may be used or appear on the website www.combipass.com, or more generally any elements reproduced or used on the website, are protected by intellectual property laws and are authorized for use by the Website operator.
All of the aforementioned elements are the full and entire property of the publisher or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, use, or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of these elements without the prior written consent of the publisher is strictly prohibited.
The fact that the publisher does not initiate proceedings upon becoming aware of unauthorized uses does not imply acceptance of these uses or a waiver of prosecution.
COMBIPASS grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, and free right to consult and use the Website and its services for personal use and within the strict scope of the operations authorized under these Terms of Use.
Any unauthorized use of the website or any of its elements will be considered an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Unauthorized use of the website or any of its elements for commercial purposes may result in prosecution for infringement and/or unfair competition and/or parasitic exploitation by COMBIPASS. This is without prejudice to COMBIPASS seeking compensation for any damages suffered.
Website Management and Access
– For proper management of the website, the publisher may, at any time:
Suspend, interrupt, or limit access to all or part of the website, reserve access to the site or specific parts of the site to a defined category of users;
– Delete any information that may disrupt the functioning of the site or violate national or international laws;
– Suspend the site to carry out updates.
Liability
The publisher cannot be held liable for any failure or temporary or permanent interruption of all or part of the site’s functions, for any difficulties preventing access to the site or to any of its functions, or for any damage suffered by the user.

Should the publisher be the subject of amicable or legal proceedings as a result of the user’s use of the site, it may bring an action against the user to obtain compensation for all damages, sums, sentences and costs that may arise from such proceedings.
Hypertext Links to Other Websites or External Sources
The creation by the user of any hypertext links to all or part of the site is strictly forbidden without prior written authorization from the publisher, requested by e-mail from the following address:customer-service@combipass.com. The publisher is free to refuse such authorization without the need for justification. If granted, such authorization is always temporary and may be revoked at any time, with no obligation on the part of the publisher to provide justification. In addition, any link must be removed as soon as the publisher so requests.
Any information accessible via a link to other sites is not under the control of the publisher, who declines all responsibility for their content.

All indirectly collected information will only be used to monitor the volume, type, and configuration of traffic using this website, to develop its design and layout, and for other administrative and planning purposes and more generally to improve the service COMBIPASS offers to the User.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use for the COMBIPASS website are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of these Terms of Use, the User and COMBIPASS will meet to attempt to reach an amicable settlement before any legal action is taken.
If no amicable agreement is reached within two (2) months from the notification of the dispute to the other party, the courts of Avignon will have jurisdiction, unless a specific allocation of jurisdiction results from a particular law or regulation.
